Stacey Wellins

With a background in marketing, merchandising and design, Stacey began her career in the home design and textile industry, where she spent several years developing a strong foundation in branding, presentation, and client engagement.  She also brings a legacy connection to New Jersey commercial and industrial real estate - her father, Bob Wellins, is recognized as one of the early pioneers in the industry.

Stacey applies her expertise to the full spectrum of commercial and industrial real estate, seamlessly guiding tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers through every stage of a transaction with strategic insight and a relationship-first approach.

She earned her degree in Marketing and Design from  Syracuse University.

Originally from Hillsdale, New Jersey, Stacey now resides in New York City with her husband, Marc and her dog, Winnie.
