Every year CoStar, a provider of information, analytics and marketing services to the commercial property industry in the United States distributes its Power Broker Awards to top Commercial Real Estate firms and brokers in the United States. CoStar has consistently recognized Team Resources as an industry leader for our success in the commercial real estate market.

Team Resources, Inc., along with its founders David Cantor and Gregory Sholom, and its newest Principal, Eric Lewin were award recipients for 2018. David and Greg have received these honors since CoStar instituted this recognition in 2003.
