Matt Favieri has been a valued member of Team Resources for the past two years, bringing strong energy, initiative and a results-driven approach to the firm's commercial and industrial brokerage platform.  Matt is actively engaged in market research, business development, and strategic prospecting, with a focus on identifying opportunities and delivering tailored real estate solutions for his clients.

Matt represents both "tenants and landlords, as well as buyers and sellers," advising clients through all phases of the transaction process.  His hands-on approach, combined with a strong understanding of market dynamics, allows him to effectively position assets, source opportunities, and drive successful outcomes.

A graduate of College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration, Matt has collaborated on numerous transactions since joinging Team Resources while also generating business independently.  Through his proactive  outreacyh and relationship-driven approach, he has cultivated a growing network of clients and secured multiple exclusive assignments.

To date, Matt has completed over 725,000 square feet of transactions and he continues to expand his portfolio through disciplined execution, market insight, and a commitment to client success.
