Eric Lewin

Eric became an officer and named Sr. Executive Vice President of Team Resources in 2017.  With 16+ years of experience in the real estate industry, Eric has leased over 5 million square feet of space and sold an additional 2,000,000 sq. ft. throughout New Jersey, which has strengthened his relationships with individuals, investments management firms,  buyers/tenants and other industry personnel. 

Eric credits his success to his ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while providing his clients with top notch resources and knowledge.  Eric possesses a unique perspective that allowed him to think outside the box and organize his time and resources to complete specific tasks.  Eric’s experience working in the film industry, spending much of his time in warehouses and soundstages has certainly carried over to his real estate career when understanding and servicing his clients needs.
