Alex Rosenberg, Sales Associate, along with David Cantor, CEO and Greg Sholom, President, represented Mollnick Realty as well as Family Adult Day Care, LLC in a 10 year lease transaction. TEAM CLOSES TWO DEALS FIRST WEEK OF MAY    (5/9/2017)

Ron Sholom represented 143 Grand Street, LLC., in its recent purchase of 55 Shepherds Lane in Totowa.  The 172,600 +/- square foot property is conveniently located near Routes 80 & 46, and was recently renovated by its former owner.   

Ed Schein and Jeff Fulton sold their 200,000 sq. ft. exclusive in Dover last week.  Team represented the Seller, A&H Partnership, LLC.  The property located at 69 King Street consists of five interconnected, multi-storied building on 1.84 acres.  Buyer, Lakos Construction, plans to redevelop the property.

1ST QUARTER, 2017 TRANSACTIONS    (4/25/2017)

Team Resources, Inc. announced a great first quarter.  We leased close to 1.5 million sq. ft. of space with a net aggregate value of over $50 million and sold over 135,000 square feet of space totaling over $11 million. 

Notable lease transactions among the 20 deals signed include a long term lease of 206,500 s.f. for new construction in Carteret; 111,000 + s.f. lease in Saddle Brook to Chem Aid; and a 5 year renewal of 123,500 s.f. in Saddle Brook to Marcal.  Notable sales include a 50,346 s.f. portfolio to Millstein Properties and a 23,260 s.f. property in Northvale to Stephanie Shultz.

Stayed tuned 2nd Quarter is already shaping up nicely.  


TWO DEALS CLOSE IN FIRST TWO WEEKS OF APRIL, 2017    (4/13/2017)

Team Resources, Inc., a premier commercial/industrial real estate agency, announces its brokerage of the sale of 700 Commercial Avenue in Carlstadt to CenterPoint Properties.   Greg Sholom, President and David Cantor, CEO represented both parties in the sale of this 100,000 square foot industrial property on 8.5 acres.   

Greg and David also announced the sale of 97,307 sq. ft. industrial property located at 673 South 21st Street in Irvington for $9 million to an unidentified purchaser.

Branca Properties announces East Rutherford leases

Branca Properties, Inc., a commercial property manager and developer based in East Rutherford, announced Thursday that it has signed two leases for properties in that borough.

 

The leases total approximately 52,000 square feet at the 20-30 Murray Hill Parkway flex buildings, Branca said in a news release.

One tenant, online retailer I-Shoplog, LLC, leased approximately 27,000 square feet for its U.S. headquarters, warehouse and distribution center. The other, essential oils company The Lermond Company, Inc., leased approximately 25,000 square feet for its headquarters, warehouse and distribution center.

“Both tenants are examples of companies looking to occupy modern warehouse facilities with first class office space in the northern New Jersey marketplace, which is exactly was 20-30 Murray Hill Parkway offer,” Gavin Daniel, VP real estate, Branca Properties, said in the release.

Team Resources, Inc., represented both tenants, with David Cantor, CEO, representing I-Shoplog and Jeff Manganaro, associate, representing The Lermond Company.

ATLANTIC HOISTING AND THE STATE OF THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY    (1/14/2011)

Greg Sholom and David Cantor brokered the sale of a former 100 door, 8.5 acre truck terminal to Atlantic Hoisting, a major vendor to the construction industry in New York.  Atlantic chose the Carlstadt property because of its proximity to NYC and the acreage it was able to get approved for its use.  The fact that no transportation company stepped up was of major concern to transportation industry observers. 


BLAU, CANTOR AND SHOLOM NAMED "BROKERS OF THE YEAR"    (1/14/2011)

G III LEASES 583,000 SQUARE FEET IN SO. BRUNSWICK    (1/14/2011)

Cantor and Sholom finished up 2009 with the completion of a major transaction at Exit 8A. G III Apparel (Stock Symbol GIII) leased the entire 583,000 square foot LEED Certified building at 140 Docks Corner Road in South Brunswick. GIII capitalized on the market conditions to secure a long term lease with BlackRock, the property owner.
